Registration and information desks will be open between 12:00-18:00 as of 12th February 2025.
The official language of the conference is English. During the conference, there will be simultaneous translation from Portuguese to English and from English to Portuguese in accordance with the scientific program.
All participants will be given a badge. We kindly ask you to wear a badge during the conference.
Conference invitation letters will be sent to the participants via e-mail by the Conference Secretariat upon request. Invitation letters will only be given for visa processing and presentation to institutions. Registration and accommodation fees will be paid by the guests.
